Toh Construction Pte Ltd, established in 2004, is a specialized Road works contractor in Singapore, covering restoration and reinstatement works of roads through resurfacing/milling & patching & high strength coating. The company is also able to carry out painting of road markings (Rubberized road paints, thermoplastic and epoxy), drains & road kerb construction and road turfing in Singapore.

C. K. Toh Construction Pte Ltd was incorporated in 2004 by the founder director Mr. Toh Chee Keong.

Mr. Toh saw a gap in the civil construction industry and decided to set up his own company to fill the needs of the industry, after having worked as a road marking specialist for several years.

C.K. Toh Construction Pte Ltd has an annual turnover of $4million and fixed asset worth $1.5million. Our success is fueled by a team of dedicated staff who execute operations with excellence and their commitment towards getting results the right way; by operating responsibly, applying innovative technologies and capturing new opportunities for profitable growth to provide the highest quality of service to meet our customer’s requirement.

Supported by the latest equipment and technology, C. K. Toh Construction Pte Ltd offers a wide range of road markings including – Thermoplastic, Epoxy paint, Rubberized road paint, Cementitious(cement base) High Strength Coating & MMA (Methyl Methcrylate).

C. K. Toh Construction Pte Ltd is also able to offer application of temporary or permanent road markings, anti-skid paint preparations and the installation of road studs. We also have water based paint to rejuvenate on high speed road (e.g. F1 Formula track). We undertake private jobs as well as large and small contractors, schools, hospitals, airports & etc.

Road Markings are mainly used on the roads but are also used in other areas such as Car Parks, National Park, School playground, Courts, Taxiway/Runway. The common material used is thermoplastic; a very durable material that has to comply with a series of tests and performance standards on skid resistance, retro-reflectivity and durability as set by LTA.

Road markings can also be laid in Epoxy or Chlorinated rubber paint which is more commonly used in Multi-Story Car Parks or Factories where thermoplastic may not be the best option.
